And because your employees are not off site sitting in a classroom all day, they are able to learn more effectively and apply new techniques immediately —creating less disruption and not derailing productivity.
Class sizes are also kept small (on average a 3:1 student/ instructor ratio) so trainers have quality time with each class member. Rather than cramming a lot of information over a short period of time, we work with your team over the course of a few weeks for one to two hours every morning then send them back to their desks where we assist them in applying what they’ve learned.
